Game do not run. Issue helpers not work

Please, help. Just purchased game on Steam.
Game do not run in any settings config: after launcher runs LANoire.exe, game shows black screen, then steam overlay in right bottom corner is displayed. And after a few seconds, game crushes to desktop without any specific error message, just Windows report, that game stopped running.

I have Windows 7 x64 and latest - 1.3 steam version of the game.

Nothing from FAQ and tech support worked:
UAC is disabled, .NET FrameWork 4.0 removed, game and steam run as administrator.
