Game Unavailable?

Tried launching, Steam errors claiming game is "unavailable". Anyone else having this issue?

Same problem when I try to install the demo.

It finally launched after a half dozen tries.

Game runs VERY sluggishly. Hopefully it's a mem leak issue and gets patched? The menu is really choppy, no matter what graphics setting is applied.
