Game Major lag issues?
So I got the game today, and then was really excited to play it, but then was greeted with about...a 1fps title screen. At first I thought it was my video card (It is pretty crappy), but the graphics really didnt look that "intense." So I came here to see what the problem was.
Specs: Windows 7 64bit Home Premium Core i5 @ 2.4gHz 8gb RAM Intel HD 3000 Graphics Card I also posted this on the eufloria fourm to see if they knew what the trouble is aswell, but please answer here too. Last edited by presentfactory: 03-15-2012 at 11:55 PM. |

Did you get any response about this?
I've just started playing on Windows 8 64-bit (build 8400 release preview) and experience tremendous lag, too. |

It turns out the inbuilt drivers for the Windows 8 release preview are naff. Now nVidia have released beta ones, the game runs perfectly fine.

I just replied in a similar thread.
Eufloria System Requirements Minimum Requirements Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista Graphics: Currently not compatible with Intel's onboard integrated mobile graphics chipsets. Processor: 1 GHz Memory: 512 MB RAM Hard Disk Space: 50 MB Have not got the latest patch notes, but it appears a few people with intel HD Graphics are having issues, so I assume the problem is still there. |

We are still building on a new release, and that one will see a lot of code changes. Hopefully that will fix things. (Although it sounds like driver shenenigans)
