After game reinstall and updated, steering wheel no longer recognized

I'm about to destroy some furniture, so frustrated and pi**ed. After I bought the game last year, managed to run my Logitech MOMO Force wheel in F1 2011 as CUSTOM profile (as it wouldn't recognize it as MOMO wheel at all). Left the game for few months after season ended. Now when the new one started, returned to the game. First start, I got gfwl update request which I declined. Game and wheel worked fine.

But then, don't know what made me install this f**** update for this useless service. Afterwards, f1.exe started to crash everytime. Had to remove the game and re-download it. On first start steam installed gfwl, MS frameworks, games engine and all that stuff. Now, my wheel is not working in the game at all. I have CUSTOM profile on and steering wheel override and nothing
