Steam overlay not working in Burnout
Hi, this is my first post on the forums ;)
I recently bought Burnout Paradise: The ultimate box, and it was working fine, but theres now a problem with the steam overlay. The problem started when I located the .exe file of Burnout and tried to run it with a different graphics processor (my laptop has Intel and Nvidia graphics). When I was mucking with it I clicked "Run as Administrator". That is when the overlay stopped working, I'm thinking its because windows is blocking the program. So now everytime I run the game through steam, windows pops the message box up that asks if you want the program to make changes to your computer. How would I unblock it or stop that message without turning off the alerts? I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, incase that helps. Thanks! |
