Itemtest Error

Hello when im trying to compile with itemtest i get this error:

CTargetVTF::Compile - GetOutputPath failed
WARNING: CTargetVMT::Compile - Target 0 Compile Failed
WARNING: CTargetZIP::Compile - Target 0 Compile Failed

Anyideas? i provided the TGA and the Models.

I get this same message. Don't know what to say; I installed TF2 correctly and provided the models and textures.
