I have some problem with Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D

I can't launch my game, it says that I need this:
Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D, Version=1.0.2902.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'
I did update my .NET something to the 4th version and still having problems, I know that I need to update something but I don't know what, can you help me? U:

Try running dxsetup.exe in ".\steam\steamapps\common\batman arkham asylum goty\redist\DirectX." If that doesn't work, download and run the Microsoft DirectX Web Setup.
