Flash 11?
Flash performance on Mac is awful (mainly, I want to zoom in the game full-screen - this works fine on Windows) so I found out my Flash Player needed updating from v10 to v11. My web browser claims I now have Flash v11.1.102.63. Unfortunately the game is still using v10. Any way to get it to use v11? I don't know if the browser plug-in version is the same as the standalone player version...?

Flash Player 11 came out too recently for me to get the necessary software to compile the game to run as flash 11 before release. Regardless of the player, flash doesn't handle fullscreen very well, as it automatically uses the highest possible resolution (with no way for me to prevent that).
For macs, might I recommend using the built in zoom feature? Just stretch it to an acceptable size and then use ctrl+mouse scroll to zoom in and out, framing the game how you like. Last edited by bbrizzi: 03-26-2012 at 09:54 AM. |
