[Suggestion] Achievements

Can we get new achievements for Cold Stream??????

I wouldn't mind a new set of Achievements, not just for Cold Stream, but perhaps for other Campaigns. Such as ones regarding Construction and Riot Infected, maybe more for Smokers, Hunters, and Boomers too.

i think someone, or maybe even myself, suggested that they should use some of the achievements from l4d. Heres a list of others

• Have overall accuracy of 40%
• Have overall headshot accuracy of 20%
• Kill X number of SI with that one mounted machine gun
• Kill X number of witches without disturbing them (AKA, crown lots of them)
• Watch through the credits (Easy, but gives people a reason to watch them. It should be called "Give Credit, When Credit Is Due")
• Have the most SI and/or common infected kills in a campaign

thats all I can think of for now, but theres soo many possibilities.

Maybe it's sad but since discounts for other games on steam, only achievements kept me in l4d2. Many people will appreciate the multitude of new achievements, even the kill 100,000 zombies.

Agreed... I think that if you are going to bring over the l4D1 campaigns, it would be a great plus to have some modified achievements based on the L4D1 achievements.

Completely support giving out achievements for headshots and accuracy.

I'm sure they do have some new achievements to add to the ones like Stream Crossers and Connecting Fights.

maybe some achievements associated with mutations?

Technically the original "Still something to prove" was for only beating the original L4D2 campaigns on expert... so "Prove it again" should be beating all L4D1 campaigns on Expert.

There could be a new achievement mind you to act as a counter part to "The Real Deal".

"I survived before surviving was cool" any L4D1 campaign on realism expert
"Move, witch get out the way!" stumble a witch
"Premature incapacitator" as tank, only incap/kill bill
"happy anniversary" as jockey, steer a survivor into a witch
"Left 4 Bed" complete a campaign chapter idle without going down

All of those achievements sound really awesome!!!! I guess we'll see if they use them though

please add zombie a genocide achievement. (kill 53,596 zombies)
this is the only one that really seems that needs to be added, to keep people playing especially on xbox.

I am afraid that due to the limitations of XBOX DLC's there wont be more than 5-10 new achievements.

An achievement for meleeing a hunter while he's pouncing would be awesome, though.

That wouldn't matter cause pc still gotten more achievements for l4d1 when the survival pack came out.

I don't know what limitations you're talking about, i've seen DLC with up to 20 or so acheivements.

Hypothetically, because of Microsoft Points.
Every of those "20" gives u the smallest number of Microsoft Points (They ever exist at all yet? Cause i just saw them long time ago on my friends XBOX). And I think each DLC has a limited pool of points to give away to achievements (or im wrong???)... But if im right - u wont get hard achievements for a low amount of points -> less achievements that can be truly called achievements.
