Massa has the whole season to hopefully get his form back, if not, he will be better off leaving Ferrari; because as much as I admire Alonso as a driver, he never has much time for his team mate. Ferrari being Ferrari, encourage the situation of a #1 driver with special treatment. If I was a driver (dream on) I would not like to be the #2 at Ferrari.

I think we lost the 'old' Massa at Hockemheim 2010. I didn't see the real racer since that teamorder.
