Mods....exactly why I decided to play this [competitively] on XBox instead of PC. No way do I want to play in a tournament when the other team has custom sounds, tweaked GUIs, different video-card specs, larger resolution, better mice, etc.

As others have said, this is the Xbox 360 section and not the PC section.
