Problem with the Vines (Maybe Bug?)

Hey, I got to the first things on the third island to the part where I have to elevate the gunpowder barrel to blow up that rocks. When I asked the parrot what to do, it seems that I have to use the Vine to elevate the barrer. The problem is that I cut the vines with the cutlass before that and there no evidance of what I should do to put the vine back!

Any sugestion?

You have to create your own tackle

- rope + block + block = tackle

- use your tackle with the second (i think you can't cut this vine) vine spot at the top on the right.

- use the barrel with the tackle

- use the vine (you took before) on the barrel
