Play as up to 4 different characters in the story?

I noticed this in the game key features list and was intrigued.

When I finished though, I had only played as three characters Richard, Andy and Andrea. Did I miss something? Or perhaps did I take an alternate path without noticing?

Either way, I enjoyed the game, was fun

Glad it went on sale or I might never have tried it out

For clarification, I had to load to play again as Andrea, I'm just wondering where to load to play as the 4th character and who they are

It doesn't exist... seems to me that's something they planned but never implemented.
