DLC questions

Been playing OMD, great game! I finished the War mage difficulty and am slogging through nightmare now. I'm on Win 7, core i7, Nvidia 580, though I am not having any problems with the game at all, but everyone always asks for specs in Steam's forum (even when its immaterial), so I thought I'd just post it.

I have the artifacts of power, Lost adventures and war mage's toolbox DLCs. I have and am using the items alchemist's acid, vampire gloves, etc.

However, how do I play the DLC maps? Reverse tower, the pit, etc? They aren't showing up in my list under war mage. When I click manage downloadable content the maps are listed but there is no checkbox next to them. The only checkbox is next to "Orc Slayer". What is an orc slayer?

Last question, what is the war mage's toolbox DLC? I can't seem to find it anywhere on steam yet its listed in my DLCs

On the page, above the difficulty selection it should say Campaign. There are some arrows to the left or right that you can click to switch the campaign. The War Mage's Toolbox is Half of the "Artifacts of Power" DLC. It just gets listed weird

Took me 25-minutes of poking around in-game, quitting-out to search the 'net, before I figured out how to access the DLC maps. Should be much, MUCH easier.
