at least its not an 8500gt.

an 8600gt should perform a little better than the 6450 which gets a sort of playable 33 fps at 1280x720 on low settings. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...rk,3012-4.html

My advice for next time, before buying anygame or thinking about playing games on a pc really, educated yourself on the hardware's etc, because you'l just be wasting money buying games that probably will not run on your computer if you dont know anything about pc hardware/system requirements etc. As a pc gamer you have to understand the hardware aswell, so you know if you can run a game or not. Games have requirements, just because you have a pc doesn't mean it'l run every pc game out there, it has to have the hardware that the game requires in order for it to run properly.
Well it runs fine in 800x600, I just thought it wasn't working in anything higher was that DX11 was on.

And if you think 8600GT is bad for games, you should see the card that came with the computer. It can barely handle 3D at all.

anyway with that card, you will probably need to run really low res and settings for Deus Ex as well as any other modern game.
I had trouble finding my computer's box, sorry.
