Global Agenda will not Launch

i have played this game, on this comp before, now it will not even launch.... any ideas???

I'm having the same problem. I've even reinstalled the game. This game no longer works on Steam. Mine brings up the launcher, after that, nothing happens. I also have Tribes: Ascend installed on my computer, but then I completely deleted Tribes and GA still does not work.
