Grid Glitch

It seems that the sky in the background of the main menu (everything about the castle, bridge and waterfall,) is gone. That problem is indicative of the grid not showing up in-game either, which is very very bad. I have yet to complete the story because I can't see the grid, and I'm on the 3v1 map (2nd from end I believe) so I kind of need it. I've even verified my files and debugged them and nothing seems to help it.
