screen scrolling in coop
When I play this with my friend in coop with me as a host I can play the game just fine. Havn't really hit a glitch per say or came across any real bug so far knock on wood.
For my friend ever since we got past a certain point(chapter 9ish) his screen as been acting up. His game runs smooth but it wont' scroll to the right after a while like he hits an invisble wall. Anyone got any ideas on what to do? Not sure what video card he has.. I think ati. I pointed him towards the forums in hoping he would find an answer but hes been too busy lately to do much of anything. |

Must say I've never seen anything like this in here before.
Does this happen also if you haven't played for a long time. Thinking that Magicka is a bit heavy and it might be a heating issue? I guess only suggestion, without knowing a lot more specs, would be to try a driver update. And maybe the tuning suggestions over here. ATI from post #8. AND check so there's no cooling trouble. |

Not sure if this is related, but when playing co-op with a friend (he was hosting), I ran into an issue where my screen wouldn't scroll. It was in Chapter 3 at the very end. He could run around the entire area just fine, but I was stuck in the lower half of the village.

Well, just have him d+middle himself until he dies, then you can revive him in the new area where you are.
