Help select final motherboard and GPU

Hi everyone. I have finally come down to my final parts which I have bought throughout the past year. I'm down to the motherboard and the GPU and I would appreciate your input. These are my parts which I have selected so far:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I52500K: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115072
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD Internal Sound Card with THX SB1270:
Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Full Tower Case with SuperSpeed USB 3.0 (RC-932-KKN5-GP)
PSU: Corsair HX Professional Series 850-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply Compatible with Core i7 and Core i5 - CMPSU-850HX
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBX:
Mouse: Logitech G500 10 Buttons Dual-mode Scroll Wheel USB Wired Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse
KB: Logitech Call of Duty: MW3 Edition G105 Black 6 Function Keys USB Wired Gaming Keyboard:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16823126260
Cooling: CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=corsair%20h60
SSD: SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC064D/AM 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) Desktop Upgrade Kit
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EALX 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136767

Now I was thinking for a MB I would go with this one:
ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131792

For GPU I was thinking the new Nvidia 680. I was wondering if I should hold out for the 4GB version i heard PNY are coming out with or should I go with the ones out now? I'm factoring in mods as I figure the beefier the virtual ram the better.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
