Purchased SMB Ultra Edition Retail: Soundtrack missing tracks

Hello,
I am excited to play this game, I've seen sooo many videos and demos and reviews I managed to spot a copy on the shelf and took it directly home.
Now as I explored the disc and found the extra content that is included in hte Ultra Edition, I went to the sound track folder and noticed a number of tracks are missing. Even the sub-directory labelled PIANO, the number of tracks adding that number to the soundtrack is still less than the total number missing (without adding piano tracks assuming last track is track 33, then there are 17 tracks missing).
Has any one else had this issue or is this known and buried deep in forums I didn't see it and no one was smart enough to pin it?
Gonna fire the game up right now and put a big smile on my face, thank you Team Meat for making this game, but just wondering if this issue has been addressed to you before.

So what you're saying is that they intentionally included an incomplete soundtrack?

Sadly, the disc comes with few songs in the soundtrack
