I just bought the retail edition, the normal one, and I'm not able to insert the code! Where is the problem? I live in Italy...

Jak_13 we are sorting out the problem, this is likely a mistake in the system. Apologies. The key should work soon or then you will get a new key from Nordic Games.

This should have been resolved. Restarting steam client and then retrying the code activation should work now. Sorry for the trouble.

Nowizkis should work now - the install country restrictions were lifted last week.
