Broken character after cutting too long group description

I found a bug on some group pages with too long description texts e.g. this one. It seems like the server would cut the text to a predefined length and the last char is broken.

The problem is, that the community XML data is broken because of that char at the end of the description. If someone is a member of a group like the one linked above then the XML feed for the users profile isn't valid any more.

Edit: Btw, replacing char code 239 (0xEF) before parsing the XML data helps as a workaround, thats the "broken" char.

This is a known issue. We're working on a fix, but it's the kind of thing we need to fix end-to-end, so the fix will be a while coming.
