[Warband] Problem helping the Claimant

I help Lady Isolla of Suno to get her throne back and now I have conquered the last City of Swadia. But nothing happened. Is there anything I missed or did I wrong by taking King Harlaus into custody?

You have to defeat all enemy lords to complete your quest. That means, that there must be literally no one of them on the map. You can just wait untill they all denounce, or use cheats and teleport to them and kill instantly. Oh, and the last: they will respawn at any neutral to them castle shortly after death, so you must be really quick.

If the lords keep respawning/escaping after you've conquered every opposing faction city then... congratulations you've run into one of the gamebreaking bugs that is still in the game. There's no way to get rid of them.

That does not sound too good :\. Well I hope they denounce... I already got 2 to denounce so far.

In the games I've played, they do not respawn in neutral castles. That means all you have to do is defeat whatever lords are on the map. Just be patient for a day or two after you do this and you should get the message that you've succeeded in the quest.

The Lords and King Harlaus keep respawning... can't defeat them permanently.

It is almost impossible to defeat them without cheats, unless you are patient enough to wait about 100-300 days for lords to denounce.
