I see in the lower left corner it says to activate. I tried filling in the proper information to activate over the internet. It says server failed or something like that and the 1800 is disconnected.
Should i get my money back?

As far as i know the server for the activation is down. The weird thing is their website is up.
(http://www.earth2160.com/index.php) Hopefully this is fixed, but your likely never going to get past demo mode. Your also not going to get money back from steam they have a no refund policy. (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4356-EYFX-6838) That's another link for the Earth 2160 I found it useless but it there to help. Sorry it's never going to work

You can get the game activated if you follow the contact details here: http://boards.topware.de/showthread.php?t=33007

I did its really a pain to a point. Steam and the maker/dev should work on getting the old way to activate it resolved. They'd probably make more money in the long run and have less support requests.

Weird, I activated fine by following in-game prompt. Maybe it was just an error two months back?

I can't currently activate via the internet either. "Internal Server Error"..
Is there any way to reset the cd key that Steam gave me to see if I can re-enter that to activate the game? |
