First time set up ...Every time?

I launch the game and it goes through a 1 step first time set up that takes five minutes every time I start the game. Anyone know the cause and how to fix this issue. Is there a way to re-install?

Yea I'm having the same problem, takes a few minutes to start up and really annoying me. Any solutions out there?

Go to your Neverwinter Nights 2 folder in your Steam\steamapps\common\neverwinter nights 2 and rename the Redists folder.

Maybe the answer is right in front of me... but what should I change the name of the "Redists" folder to?

Anything. Try RedistsBACKUP.

Delete it or move it out of the directory.
