How about a CVAR that disables the plugins on a server from running commands in my CS client? I hate it when they force me to download various garbage even though my sv_allowdownload is set to "0"

The fake redirect servers can also slow hack my client so that I can't join any other servers except for theirs.

Setting my config.cfg to "read only" doesn't help at all.

It should be cl_allowdownload. sv_ means it's a server side cvar, and cl_ is a client side cvar.

Oops that's what I meant. But even with cl_allowdownload 0 and settings.cfg at read only, some servers still change it to cl_allowdownload 1 and force you to download.

It loads up to the starting screen but all I see is the selection list of CT, T and spectators

When I move the mouse to the desired character to select either ct or t...it does'nt select them

Plz PLz PLz help...I tried a lot but could'nt find any help...mods plz giv a solution

No, some of them were added and removed, but not all yet.

can someone explain to me what does cl_mousegrab do?
I know it is something to do with linux OS but how does it affects the gameplay?
