Do achievements still unlock when playing offline?

I was just curious, since for games like Super Meat Boy they do keep track of the achievements (not time played however).

Yes, I believe we have it set up properly so that achievements get unlocked in offline play and uploaded any time you come back online. You may need to finish one puzzle while online to trigger the upload.
