Finding the best HD7850?

i'm looking to upgrade from my sapphire hd4850 which had the booting up issue for years and I haven't bothered fixing, also the fan was well over 4800rpm (and noisy) all the time...

Nvidia doesn't have any of their mid-range 6 series products out yet, which is unfortunate since I'm in need of a new card soon that I'd like to carry on to an ivy bridge build some time later on. SO, looking through newegg...and i'm having a bit of a tough time deciding...

Cool and quiet is more preferred over clock speeds. I'd hate to end up rigging a 120mm case fan to the card. I've done this to both my cards after the warranty ended...7900gt, HD4850.

I'd like to have the heat vented out from the case, rather than venting heat back into the system. Fractal Define R3 isn't much of a blower case, I've got the case fans to fit every hole but I'd rather not it be louder than a typhoon.

Must have 2 dvi ports or include an adapter for single link dvi.
I see only a few has the room for 2dvi so if you know of an reliable brand for mDislayport->Single link Dvi that'd be great.

11 inch max!

I've had the worst picks with graphics cards (crashy X1950,DOA HD3850,Artifacting 7900gt,booting issues with hd4850), so I'd much prefer if someone else could lead me the better way...

I'd like to stay away from sapphire....I've had 2 of their cards, both with miserable experiences...

Newegg/amazon/tigerdirect preferred, Residing in the USA.
