HELP! (L4D2) Hammer is stopped working

I am new to making map to play in l4d2.
However, when I run the Hammer, it crashed with hammer_dll.dll failure. (Not the configuration error)

I had go through many post and try some solution such as

1. Check the integrity (Both Authoring Tool and L4D2 Game).
2. Reinstall the L4d2 Authoring Tool
3. Using FixHammer program
4. Run Hammer.exe in Windows XP (Service Pack 2) compatibility mode.
5. Adding Hammer.exe in DEP exclusion list.

As all the things (Including PC) are new, I can't figure out the cause of this issue.
Does anybody know the solution of this issue?

CPU: AMD A8-3870 APU
RAM: 2 x 4GB @ 1600 DDR3
Display: AMD Radeon HD 6550D (Duel Graphic: APU + Sapphire HD6670 1G GDDR5)
OS: Windows 7 64Bit SP1 (Up to Date)
Anti-Virus: Not Installed
Other information: All installation are using default directory.
