WEE missing fainess when you start as MP

I will do this short I am missing some fairness to us who is just starting MP with lvl 1. I have compleated Bruder gegen Bruder and Able Archer with some good fights and i have militairy exp. but when I try to hook up on a game in MP i see people with higher levels diapere, they dont want to play with a newcomer. I have even trayed to join games with 8 players so one with a lover level wouldt not mean as much.
