Can´t log on to this game

Hi. I hope someone can help me with this litte question. I bought the Sniper ghost warrior - gold edition in a shop here in town, and i´ve been playing the game for several days. But now I can't get access to the game anymore. A friend told me that I have to pay for my steam account to get access to the game? can that be right??

Your friend may have mislead you. When you buy SGW it's hard-connected to steam (it's a steamworks game). Just log in to steam and play.
