Failed to Find Steam Error Fix
Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
Please try the following: Click the Start Button, then "Run" (or hold the Windows key and press R). Type the following and press OK: regedit Browse to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers Locate and delete any entry for Steam.exe (Most likely C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe) Then, browse to the following location and remove any Steam.exe entry there: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers Then, restart your computer and test the issue. I actually had to delete the steam registry from AppCombatFlags/Compatibility Assistant then it worked but still check the layers folder for steam registry entrys| |

Deleting the key made Ghost Master work for all of one day. Today I get home and, lo and behold, the white screen of death....one problem replaced by another
