Now that you have a higher resolution monitor, the text is really hard to read. There is a UI enhancement option that's supposed to help with this.

YOWCH! Gaslight Games UI option is really half-arsed. Some elements haven't been magnified at all and some look too big and get in the way.

If you're happy, fine. Otherwise you might want to experiment with the display resolution on DoD's configuration screen. A lower resolution might help with the frame rate (although I've read that fraps is the likely culprit) and allow you to turn off the wonky "larger UI elements" option.

Tough call really. I like that the quick bars are larger and the map, but I don't like how they didn't really make the text that much bigger. Oh well, I'm happy just to be playing such a fun game.

Enjoying the LP. These are the kind I like -- where the player is just being natural and doesn't try to put on a show, or a wacky voice, or make unfunny jokes, or swears every other word, or just generally sounds like a moron. You do tend to over explain things a bit (not just in the intro but throughout) but I can live with that. Keep it up.
