Dota 2 download restarted

i already downloaded 70% of the game but suddenly it started back to 0%. can i fix this or i need to download it again from the start?

Relax.

The percentage show is normally only what is left of the section you need to download yet.

The counter is reset if the download is interrupted. The portion you already DLed is still there.

my total download is 1700+ mb now it becomes 44.5 mb what happened to 1700 mb of files?

Only one thing to do. Wait until it finishes, find out if I was correct or not.

Nothing else can be done at this point anyway.

It is no different than shutting Steam down in the middle of a download.

So, yes, it comes up often.

So,if my 1700+ mb of file is not gone then this new download must end at 300-350mb because the total download file is 2066mb?

when that happens verify the game and it wil resume the download it self
