Servers have been dead a few years now. You won't find a thing most likely.

The SP is worth it. I have had the game since 2006, and I am going thru it for the 16th time. No game, not even HL2, have I done that.

-This game is the best FPS of all time. It was so under-rated, that Arkane deserves an award for the most under-rated great FPS of all time.

I can't confirm that it is the best FPS of all time (i don't know recent FPS), but i have liked it very much.
Perhaps the stealth aspect is not at "Thief" level but all the rest is good.
It's a shame that multiplayer is dead.

I never played the multi. Im going to install it and take a look. Im very busy (online wise) with Darkest Hour, and playing the SP of DM as I said. With all my games I can only play so many hours in a day and still get stuff done

Of course with Dark Messiah a player gets to choose what kind of fighter he is, as he aquires skill points. Assasian, theif, mage, warrior, or a combo of some or all of them. This gives it tremendous replayability.

This time I am going thru as a pure mage...well almost pure. I have basic stealth skills and some daggers and thats it...everything else is pure magic. I didnt know if it was possible to be sucessful not using weapons, but only magic. Let me tell you it is very possible, but the learning curve is a bit steep. But hell, I am having a blast!

The first appearing of a rope bow may happened in Thief 1, however, if i am not mistaken.
