Headhacking/Importing Non-Source Models

I've looked around and can't seem to find any tutorials or anything on how to do headhacking, or how to put non-Source game models into Source games. This is for GMod, and I'm trying to get the faces from characters from others games into GMod on the civvie bodies. Or, honestly, even just take the whole model and put it in GMod as it's own.

If someone can link me to a tutorial, or take the time to explain kind of how it works, that'd be very appreciated. Thanks.

well you whould kinda need to be able to open the model in a model editor and export it to source .mdl(or you might even haf to edit the model to make it compatible with source)many model editors can export to source with some scripts or so

Alright, thanks, I'll see if I can look into that.
