Error 048

Just bought the Trilogy and EOTN and cannot make a new account. Everythime I try it comes back with Error=048. What the heck is going on?? I only bought this so I can start working on the HOM. Anyone able to make an account???

Yeah, I'm not finding anything with that Error. You might want to contact NCSoft support.
