BSOD Issue - help appreciated. [.dmp files included]

When it comes to computers, the one thing I don't know about is crash logs and the technical information, so I'm hoping someone here could help.

Starting yesterday, I have gotten 5 BSOD's. These are at very random intervals. The first was during YouTube and a Skype conversation (nothing intensive), a second and third on the desktop (again, nothing), and a few more AFTER 3 hours of Battlefield 3, so it seems to have nothing to do with power consumption or lack there of.

Here are the dump files, 4 of them to be exact, and a .XML system data file. Would anyone here be able to tell me what happened to a specific part? I'm assuming faulty RAM, but a memtest came back up clean after an hour.

Thanks for all the help everyone!

Thanks! I'll reinstall the Catalyst 12.2 drivers and check the result. If it doesn't, I'll roll back to v11 drivers.

EDIT: Must have fixed it. Installed the 12.3 drivers, and haven't had a blue screen all day. Thank you tons!
