Other issue is the shorcut of the game, it appears broken, it was opening a web browser first:confused, I uninstalled the browser now it's opening my printer! Some Help Required Regards |

You'll want to ignore the advice to cheat because it often breaks the game worse by bypassing triggers which are *needed* to move on. (and also, defeating the purpose of playing a puzzle game.)
In order to fix the problem you will need to describe how it crashes, and then post your system specs. To do that easily go to your Steam library page, and click on the small Help tab at the very top. Choose System Information and let Steam analyze your rig. Copy and paste the info here. Did you have any trouble with the introduction chapter being out of synch or running very slowly? If you're in doubt about that, go to youtube and search for a video of it, which should show it at full speed. I would advise against using a desktop shortcut to start any Steam game. Use the steam library instead. that way you will be assured that Steam will already be running (which is required) and there won't be any other weird things going on (like icons being replaced on the desktop, etc). |

No problem. Sometimes that's all it takes, good to know it worked.
