Change the language?

Can someone help me with the language on this.

I did a trade with someone and they "forgot" to tell me it was a RU key. So I am now in the process of downloading the game but I noticed straight away that there is no language tab when I go to the game properties.

I already did a quick google search but I found nothing to help me.

help is much appreciated
