Wrong forum, that should go in Fallout not Age of Empires.
To post offtopic for a moment, are the esm files in your games data folder like it said in the email? If they are just enable them from the launcher and it should be fine.

Doesn't work, because GFWL asks for the key, and the key is invalid. (If I turn off the files, GFWL doesn't ask for a key.)

Finally called them, and now I had to sent a handwritten copy of my Windows Live ID, as well as the receipt and the key itself. I'll know by tuesday :V
