ATi Flicker Bug reducing

[Muti Messiah]

As most others with ATi cards I have too been getting bugs like the desktop flicker on windows 7

when i set these however it seem to reduce by 90% to me instead of all the time

I came by to report that bug, and guess what? It didn't did work. Thank you.
