Not 'nuff space AND game unavailable...

Hello guys...
I really need some pointers in this...
I had to format my HD, and then I installed Windows7 64bits (I was using the 32 ver. before). After that, all hell broke loose:
Not only all my games became 'currently' unavailable (it's been a week or so, now) as my TF2 says that I don't have enough space in the disk...
I've tried all the solutions listed in the troubleshooting section, thus my TF being uninstaled, and nothing worked...
So, what am I to do?
