Tribes , Hammers ? Need explanation!

I just want to know what i should buy ?

Do i need to buy all 3 Versions ? Standard, Tribes and Hammers ?

Or is it enough to only buy Tribes and Hammers without the normal Game?

I have no idea what these Addons ( are these addons) do?

technically you only need to buy tribes of the east and mod it so it plays all the old campaigns.

its very important to play them in order homm5 ---> HoF ---> ToTE so you dont get lost with the huge epic story that spans over these 3 discs.

i bought the HoMM5 bundle that came with dark messiah included for $5 dollars during the holiday sales and after +170 hours of gameplay (still finishing ToTE) i can say it was money well spent =)

@Magneto what exactly do you need to download from the page youre linking to magneto, the site is french and i would rather use that solution youre referring to by just modding Tribes of the East, but im not sure what to download from the link you gave?
