Help!

Today I joined in a l4d2 server and it looks like that my friend had some more ammo from usual, he said that it was a mod. Can he or me get vac ban for that?

You can't(unless you downloaded it and used it yourself), and you shouldn't care if he does XD

Depends on which "mod" he used...

It was probably a modded server. You won't get banned for joining a modded server.

L4D2 server are often filled with mods, at least those outside the official ones. So ended with me and my friends just going local because getting a normal server with good ping was pretty hard.

Hm, he told me that he is using mods that end with .vpk files and they are source game add-on. Can he or me get vac ban for this
