Game starts as demo

I've never installed the demo, and yesterday it worked fine, but today it always starts as Demo.

I've uninstalled and installed it three times, two of them carefully deleting every file.

May it be Steam's update fault? Another of my games (Football Manager 2012) doesn't start since the last Steam update.

I've purchased HOARD game with DLCs at 75% discount, but game starts as DEMO!
