360 controller not working

bought game yesterday, played game with controller for first session, had a blast, went back to play again, controller doesnt work. been trying everything for the last 24hrs. cause keyboard just doesnt stack up, all other games work with controller and its clearly something with this game since i see ppl with similar problems but i dont see a solution.....halp!!

IS it the wireless controller/ if so, at the Windows Desktop, when you press the Xbox button, do you get the status window pop up?

it is a black wired controller, and yes the xbox thing pops up when i press it on my desktop ty for reply.

too add insult to injury i decided to say hump it and just play the game for abit and my controller started rumbling lol....sigh but still no controlls so ticked

Same here, both the Wireless and Wired Xbox 360 controllers don't function in the game. Very unfortunate as I don't have another controller and don't want to play with the keyboard and mouse

. The 360 controllers are pretty common even for PC use, does anyone know a work around?

Ok, this actually was a simpler fix than I thought. Sorry for not trying it first :P. Go and install the newest driver for the Xbox 360 Wired controller for your PC and it should work:

Most games run fine with the older driver after just plugging it in, but Choplifter HD seems to work much better with the installed driver and software for the 360 controller on Windows. Happy flying and thanks Choplifter HD for the great deal.
