Mission 6 Easter Egg?

I think it's mission 6, where you first pilot the helecopter and are escorting your good friends. :3 There's a picture on the left side of the control panel, I was wondering, does anyone know who that may be? She kinda looks like Rebecca Chambers from the Original Resident Evil in the game/cutscenes for the PlayStation.
