can't see videos of games after upgrading flash player

I am writing because after I follow the instructions to upgrade flash player, I still cannot open the games' videos. This is after restarting steam. Not sure what I need to do to get this resolved.

Any ideas?

Someone else posted about this over in Steam General Discussion. I said that Valve needs to get their butts in gear and retool the store to just serve raw MPEG videos to any browser that can play them (Steam's in-app browser being one).

It's weird that I can play the videos on my desktop but not my laptop. I am running Win 7 ultimate in my desktop though. It's the only difference.

Where is this other thread you mentioned? I could not find it.
