Steam cloud just rolled all my saves

I stayed up late 4 hours yesterday to beat the impossible level and finally did and now the save is gone, can someone heklp?

Nevermind I gave up and beat the game on easy

Don't ever use Steam Cloud, it ruins ALOT of games settings and saves.
